D.C. Everest Students Make History

They've already published books on the Vietnam War, and World War II among others.
They're currently working on putting out books on the Korean War, the Great Depression, and other historical events.

Project leaders say the students work long hours and give up their summer vacation to put these books together, and a pair of Korean War veterans, whose stories will be used in the upcoming Korean War book, are really excited to see kids so enthusiastic about our country's history.

The Korean War book is expected to be ready for sale by this October.

If you'd like to purchase of copy of that book, or any of the other books already published, just go to D.C. Everest High School or to Jahnke books.

You can also log on to this website: www.dce.k12.wi.us

There you can print off an order form for any of the previously published books. Cost is generally $20 to $25.
