The suspects in a Wausau gang shooting had their first hearing together in court. One witness, who asked not to be identified, told the court what he saw at the house June 9.
He said two cars pulled up to an outdoor party in the 400 Block of North Second Avenue, and two people came to the house and wanted to fight.
Then someone pulled a gin. Two people were shot but no one was killed. Then the suspects drove away.
Five people are in custody, but only four appeared in court. The fifth suspect Teng Her was supposed to testify for the prosecution but his attorney was not available.
The hearing will continue Monday.
