A company that provides what it calls "outsourced communications solutions" for other firms around the world is expanding to Wausau.
West Corporation of Omaha says it will create about 300 full-time jobs with a starting wage of at least $12 an hour at the Wausau operation.
Training is to start for the first group of about 130 employees September 18. Others are to be added over the next 18 months.
Officials say employees at the Wausau office will do business-to-business sales for an office supply firm, helping to build its client base.
