More People Are Searching For Temporary Work
Our nation's unemployment rate is now at 7.2%. That's leaving many who have been laid off or can't find work to look at temporary jobs.

Our nation's unemployment rate is now at 7.2%. That's leaving many who have been laid off or can't find work to look at temporary jobs.
We spoke to an area temp agency, who says they've seen a 45% increase in people looking for work and expect it to become busier in the coming months. She says although it looks like the employment situation may get worse in the coming months, there are some bright spots in the workforce.
"Energy saving jobs, anybody who has some history with working with alternative energy, the green, new green those are jobs that are very up and coming," said Kathy Crocker, Business Development Specialist. Others include heathcare and government jobs.
