A kindergartner in Fond du Lac has been accused of sexual activity at school.
Police say a Pier Elementary School teacher walking by the nurse's office saw a six-year-old girl with her underwear around her ankles. A six-year-old boy was sitting behind her.
Police say the boy is too young to face charges. He is being counseled through social services.
This is the second incident involving a child at this school.
A nine-year-old boy is accused of sexually assaulting 12 boys and girls off school grounds.
