Assembly Debating Corporate Tax Break

It'll cost the state $45 million a year when fully implemented. Republicans say it will encourage businesses to create jobs and give the state's economy a jump start.

Democrats say the bill is an unnecessary break for big business.

The Assembly was expected to adjourn until the fall after completing its work Thursday.

The Senate finished up Tuesday and recessed until its next scheduled meeting period in late September.
