Zachariah Sindt, who can be seen in a recent series of Youtube videos criticizing Shawano City officials, has been arrested in Shawano on an unrelated warrant.

Sindt was taken into custody Wednesday on a warrant from Saint Croix County. Court records show he is charged with writing worthless checks, and failed to appear for a July hearing. A warrant for his arrest was issued at that time.

Shawano's Mayor Lorna Marquardt tells NewsChannel 7 Sindt was videotaping her home this afternoon before he was arrested.

In the videos posted on Youtube last week, Sindt is seen calling the Mayor a Christian cult leader, and claiming she's using the local police and fire departments to instigate racial genocide.

The Mayor says those claims are shocking and untrue.

Zech--you are sick!! or whoever is writing the crap you're saying in these videos. I can understand the humor in saying that Lorna is the same thing she is saying you are but to actually believe that she is out to kill you?! Give me a break.
