You have until the end of November to get your phone number on the next No Call List in January. If you sign up in December, your number will not appear on a list until April.
The No Call List makes your number unavailable for telemarketers to call. Registration for the list is required every two years.
There are several ways you can get your number on the No Call List. You can visit the Wisconsin No Call List website at NoCall.Wisconsin.gov , or by calling 1-866-9NO-CALL (1-866-966-2255).
You can sign up anytime 24/7.

"Registration for the list is required every two years"? REQUIRED? Required by whom? Registration is not required, it's voluntary. I've never signed up for the no call list and I've never had a telemarketer call me. No way am I going to give my number to the list...then the telemarketers will have my number!

If you call that number they should keep your name on there for a minimum of 12 months. People get rediculous at times. Do they really think after registering to be on a no call list 4 months later, abruptly I would appreciate having phone solicitations?
