Farmers' Fields are Flooded
Farmers were already two weeks behind schedule, now the storm has delayed the crops even more.
The land is their livelihood. When a storm wreaks havoc on the field, it also damages a farmer's bottom line. There will be a significant impact on the yield, but no one will know just how bad it will be until the harvest.
Now if you have a gully or piece of land that needs repair, please call the Farm Service Agency at (715) 848-2330. Workers are hopping to get federal dollars to help restore the land.
