Jim Beck is making a healthy donation to the Rhinelander community. He is donating $2.3 million to improve local wellness. $1.3 million will guarantee the new YMCA will have a swimming pool attached to it.
The other million will go towards the Cancer Center at St. Mary's Hospital.
Beck says this is the best way to lay the building blocks towards a better community.
He hopes this will give kids something to do and attract families to the area.
