Wausau East High School will close it's doors after just one more school year. That's why current students are undertaking a huge project. They're putting together a documentary to pay tribute to all former Wausau East students, dating back to 1898.

The students have already collected a lot of sports photos and student stories but they can use many more and especially from the earliest graduation years. The students working on the project say it's been fun to trace the school's history.

The program will celebrate the last year of Wausau East before they move into a new school building. Plans are to put together a half hour presentation this October during Homecoming.

To share your items with the school just send the mementos to:
708 Fulton Street
Wausau, WI 54403

Or call Steve Hansen at 715-261-3500.

You should list the year you graduated and your return address with the items.
