Stevens Point Police found 73 marijuana plants during a raid Tuesday afternoon.
Police raided a house on Dora Street and found the plants and grow lights in the basement.
A 21-year-old man turned himself into police later. He will be charged with possession and manufacturing marijuana.
Police say the plants were still a couple months away from being ready for harvest. When ready, the plants would yield more than 70 pounds of marijuana, worth an estimated $70,000.
