The Ho Chunk North Amoco is busy with customers, but it could be getting busier with gamblers in the future.
The Ho Chunk Nation says their new gaming compact with state allows them to add slot machines to some gas stations. That's because the gas stations are on tribal land.
But don't expect to see roulette and blackjack in a new casino hall. By law, at least 50 percent of the building needs to remain a gas station.
Mark Butterfield, the tribal spokesman, says they will expand the size of the gas station near Wittenberg.
