Road Crews Patching Potholes

It's that second season in Wisconsin, road construction time. It's hard to miss City and County road crews hard at work, making our drives a bit smoother.

Road crews handle two 50-mile sections of pavement per day. They say the potholes have to be patched because they can lead to accidents.

To protect their own safety, road crews work in pairs with one directing traffic, and one doing the repairs.

The Marathon County Highway Department says this will be a typical spring for repairs.
