The man police say is one of the biggest drug dealers in Shawano County is freed from jail.
According to the Shawano County clerk of courts, Aubrey Fenske, 29, of Eland posted $75,000 bond Wednesday in Shawano County.
He was taken to Marathon County, where a judge ruled Friday that bond also applies.
Fenske also pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He'll have to plead to 5 felony drug charges after a preliminary hearing where a judge will decide if there's enough evidence for the case to go to trial. That's scheduled for November.
He and his father, Randal Fenske, 60, face drug charges in both counties.
Police say the pair was arrested at Randal's property in the Town of Germania with 85 marijuana plants last month.
Authorities in Marathon County say they confiscated 185 pounds of processed marijuana in the pair's home on Cherry Rd. in Elderon.
