APPLETON, Wis. (AP) -- A mother and daughter have pleaded not guilty in the fatal shooting of a Greenville woman more than five years ago.

Dianna Siveny and her daughter Kandi entered their pleas Monday in Outagamie County Circuit Court.

The two are accused in the 2007 death of 30-year-old Lara Plamann. Investigators say the Sivenys and a third woman plotted to kill Plamann. The third woman charged in the case, Rosie Campbell, pleaded not guilty on Friday.

A criminal complaint says Campbell told authorities that she watched Kandi Siveny kill Plamann for her mother, who thought Plamann was cheating on her.

WLUK-TV reports the Sivenys are due back in court in August. A two-week jury trial in the case is set for next February and March.

APPLETON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin authorities say three women are under arrest in the 2007 killing of a Greenville woman found shot to death in a shed at her home.

The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department says one of the women in custody is the victim's domestic partner.

Fifty-three-year-old Dianna Siveny had been charged with paying someone to beat Lara Plamann a year before Plamann was found dead.

The attack wasn't carried out, and those charges against Siveny were dropped.

The sheriff's office says a 34-year-old woman and a 38-year-old woman, both living in St. Paul, Minn., also are in custody.

The 30-year-old Plamann was found shot in the head in an outbuilding on the Greenville property she and Siveny shared.

WLUK-TV reports authorities plan to release more information Friday.
