3 County Fairs, and Dozens of other Events to be Held this Weekend

Families in northcentral Wisconsin will have a ton of choices for events to take part in the weekend of July 31 to Aug. 3. Lincoln, Marathon and Oneida will hold their county fairs. Below are list of activities list by county.

Adams County

Crazy Days
Saturday, Aug. 1 and Sunday, Aug. 2
Adams-Friendship Annual Merchant Sidewalk Sales.
Craft show on Saturday at the City of Adams Lions Park
Downtown Adams-Friendship

Big Flats Fire Department Annual Street Dance Fundraiser
Saturday, Aug 2. at 2 p.m.
Live music, food, raffle, refreshments and more

Chili-Fremont Fire Department Street Dance
Saturday, August 3 at 9 a.m.
Little League Baseball tournament starts off the Street dance again this year at 9:00 am.
Kiddy Tractor Pull and Coin Scramble at 4:00pm
Bed Races and 10k run 5k walk/run 5:00pm
Bean Bag Tournament 6:00pm
Loyal Mini Rodders 6:30pm
Music by A Girl's Journey featuring Phil Marshall Band 8:00pm
Chicken will start being served at 4:00.

Curtiss Boomtown Power Truck & Tractor Pulls

Langlade County

Water Carnival and Day of Play
Thursday, July 31 at 11am - 12:30 pm
Peaceful Valley Park
This is a free event that will offer the children an opportunity to participate with an interactive story performer at 10:30am and play at various water and activity stations from 11am – 12:30pm.
Bring your family to the park for water games, Minute-To-Win-It game stations, backyard games and fun! Limited concession items available for sale.
*In case of inclement weather the event will be held the following Tuesday, August 5th, (same times)

Saturday, Aug. 2
Gates Open 3:30pm
Cruise leaves from Lincoln High School on 16th Street South in Wisconsin Rapids and Dance takes place at the Grand Rapids Lions Club on Riverview Expressway just east of 32nd Street South in Wisconsin Rapids
Benefit cruise cover charge is $10 per car which also includes parking and admission to see Road Trip Band at Grand Rapids Lions Club at the end of the scenic Cruise route
