MANITOWOC, Wis. (AP) -- Three men have been charged with reckless homicide in connection with the drug overdose death of a Manitowoc man.
Twenty-six-year-old Christopher Vogel was found dead at his home May 9. Manitowoc County's coroner ruled his death was due to a drug overdose.
HTR Media says 29-year-old Tyler Reed is accused of giving Vogel fentanyl gel patches. Investigators say Reed purchased them from 29-year-old David Radandt who bought them from 33-year-old Thomas Fagan of Two Rivers. Authorities say Fagan has a prescription for the narcotic pain medication.
