UPDATE: Bond Set at $5K for Suspects in Meth Bust

Two suspects in an Abbotsford meth bust remain behind bars on $5,000 cash bond.

Anthony Rogers, 22, of Wausau is expected to be charged with possession with intent to sell amphetamine, illegally possessing a firearm, and possession of THC.

Jonathan Gates, 26, of Ogema is expected to be charged with possession with intent to sell amphetamine.

Investigators says the arrests were the result of a lengthy investigation and the drugs seized had a street value of $12,000.

Both men are expected to be formally charged March 27.

The Clark County Sheriff's Department says a lengthy investigation has lead to the arrest of three people, with two expected to be charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine.

According to a press release, a search warrant was executed Wednesday at a home on the 300 block of Sycamore Street in Abbotsford. Inside, investigators say they found meth, drug paraphernalia, and a weapon. Investigators say the meth had a street value of $12,000.

The arrest is result of a collaboration between the Clark County Sheriff's Department and the Abbotsford/ Colby Police Department.
