Suspect in Price County Murder & Attempted Murder not Scheduled for Court
A Price County Court spokesperson says the Judge is out of town and James La Houd will not be making a court appearance Monday.

Suspect in Price County Murder Not in Court Monday
The man being held for fatally shooting a Price County woman and injuring her daughter is not scheduled to be in court Monday.
A Price County Court spokesperson says the judge is out of town and 41-year-old James La Houd will not make an appearance.
La houd is the ex-boyfriend of the woman injuried.
Court records show he has a history of domestic violence and other charges dating back five years.
58-year-old Charlotte Engle was killed and her 35-year-old daughter Sarah was shot in the face near Prentice Thursday morning.
The Price County district attorney says La Houd once lived with Sarah Engle, but they had since split up.
La Houd was arrested at his home after the shooting.
Charges against him are pending.
