LAS VEGAS (AP) -- A Milwaukee woman has surrendered to police to face murder and prostitution charges after she was accused of fatally stabbing another woman in a Las Vegas Strip hotel lobby.

Police say 23-year-old Latrovia Reed was being held without bail at the Clark County jail awaiting an initial appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court in the deadly 6 a.m. Friday attack.

She is accused of pulling a knife and stabbing a 22-year-old Milwaukee woman just inside the valet entrance at Bally's hotel-casino.

The victim was pronounced dead minutes later at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.

The Clark County coroner's office is withholding the dead woman's name pending notification of family members.
