Thirty-six-year-old Tashia Schwoch will spend one year on probation for stealing pain pills from residents while she worked at an assisted living facility.
She pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor charges in a plea deal Tuesday (5/9/06).
Prosecutors say Schwoch was a nursing assistant at Applegate Terrace in Wausau and swapped out dozens of Vicodin pills for Tylenol.
A judge also sentenced her to counseling and a drug assessment.
