If you plan on riding your bike in Marathon County, you don't have to worry about breaking down on the side of the trail.
That's thanks to one local entrepreneur who created the bike fixation station.
The do- it- yourself repair stations were unveiled this morning in Weston.
Several have been installed across Marathon County.
It gives riders a chance to make small repairs to their bikes for free along the trail.
For the inventor of the bike fixtation station, getting them installed shows Wausau's desire to promote cycling.
"It shows the commitment that the community has made to cyclists. I think that this combined with the bike shops in the area allows people to not have concerns about breaking down on the trail" says Chad DeBaker of Bike Fixtation.
Funding for the bike stations came from donations from local businesses and organizations.
