Wausau School District Support Staff Approves Contract
The union representing the support staff at the Wausau School District has approved a new contract.
The union president says an overwhelming majority, an estimated 85% say yes to the deal.
The Wausau School Board is expected to vote in the contract, Monday.

The union representing support staff in the Wausau School District is giving the thumbs up to a new contract.
Union president Maureen Socha says it was given the thumbs up by an overwhelming majority, an estimated 85%.
Support staff includes secretaries, para-educators and interpreters.
They've been working without a contract for nearly 2-years.
A spokesman for the school district says the contract is a 3-year deal that includes a 5.2% increase in pay and benefits.
The school board is expected to vote on the contract, Monday.
