Trial Date Set for Stevens Point Murder Suspect
Thirty-year-old Aaron Harvath is accused of shooting 23-year-old Dirk Wolf in a parking lot in Stevens Point last November. His trial is scheduled for October 31.

A trial date is now set for Aaron Harvath. He's the man accused of murdering another man in Stevens Point.
Thirty-year-old Harvath is accused of shooting 23-year-old Dirk Wolf in a parking lot in Stevens Point November 2. It happened around 2 p.m. near the intersection of Park and Division Streets.
Harvath is charged with first degree murder and recklessly endangering safety, but he's pleading not guilty to both by reason of mental disease.
Harvath did undergo a psychological evaluation but the results won't be released until his trial starts. The trial is scheduled for October 31.
