A man charged with killing one friend and injuring another in a motorcycle crash is changing his plea to guilty. Twenty-five-year-old Scott Psopychalla earlier pleaded not guilty to homicide by Operating While Intoxicated.
Police say Psopychalla was drunk when he crashed his motorcycle into another one last year. His passenger, 22-year-old Sarah Stockfleth was killed.
The plea change has been accepted, but the Marathon County district attorney says the judge will ultimately decide what sentence will be passed. Sentencing is scheduled for mid-June.
