Gov. Scott McCallum announced an ambitious economic plan for our state. He wants every worker to earn $8,000 more a year by 2006. The governor says Build Wisconsin is the state's first ever long- term economic development plan.
It aims to improve our quality of life by attracting a diverse business climate and promoting higher education.
McCallum also says he wants to create 400,000 new jobs in the state by the end of the decade.
