Wisconsin is joining a legal challenge to California's milk pricing system.
Wisconsin joins six other states in a case that will be argued before the U.S. Supreme Court this month. They'll argue that California's regulations force out-of-state milk producers to sell milk to California processors at artificially low prices.
State Agriculture Secretary Rod Nilsestuen says California simply plays by a different set of rules than the rest of the country.
California produced 58 percent more milk than Wisconsin last year.
The case will be argued before the high court April 22.
