Portage County Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty by Reason of Mental Disease/Defect
The man accused of a fatal shooting in Stevens Point will undergo a psychological examination. Aaron Harvath is now pleading not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.

Harvath added the defense at a pre-trial conference Monday. (2/20/06)
He's charged with the murder of Dirk Wolf.
Wolf was shot at the corner of Park and Division Streets November 2, 2005.
Police still do not have a motive for the crime. Harvath is expected back in court in April.
