UPDATE: Motive Released in Neenah Walmart Shooting

Bond has now been set at $250,000 for a woman accused of shooting a coworker at a Neenah Walmart on August 14.

According to WLUK-TV, Justine Boyd, 46, is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide in shooting of 56-year-old Sharon Goffard.

According to the criminal complaint, Boyd was apparently upset that Goffard got an easier position at Walmart.

Goffard remains in critical condition at Theda Clark Medical Center.

During a press conference Thursday morning in Neenah, Police said a motive was still unclear as to what led a Walmart cashier to shoot another employee.

The victim, Sharon Goffard, 56, of Neenah, remains in critical condition, according to WLUK-TV.

The suspect, Jamie Boyd, 46, was arrested and remains in the Winnebago County Jail. She's expected to be charged with attempted 1st-degree intentional homicide.

Boyd and Goffard were both cashiers at Walmart.

Crisis counselors were at Walmart Thursday to offer support to employees.

A 56-year-old woman is critical condition after a shooting at the Neenah Walmart. A 46-year-old woman has been arrested.

Police say both the victim and suspect work at the store.

No customers were in the liquor department when the incident happened at about 11:15 Wednesday morning.

Officers say they recovered a handgun at the scene. Police are trying to figure out what lead up to the incident.

No names have been released.
