The beer that made Milwaukee famous is making a return. Schlitz Beer announced Tuesday that it is once again brewing its 1960s-era formula.

Schlitz used to be one of the most famous beers in the world, but fell into disfavor because its recipe changed.

The brand is now owned by Pabst. The company is hoping baby boomers will remember the old version and will buy the updated one.

The first tasting was held at a Milwaukee restaurant Tuesday.
