MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Milwaukee police say a motorcyclist and his passenger have died after they collided with another vehicle.

Police say the 40-year-old motorcycle driver collided with a vehicle making a left turn Saturday evening. He and his 25-year-old female passenger were thrown from the motorcycle. Both were declared dead at the scene.

The 53-year-old driver of the vehicle and his 52-year-old passenger were treated for minor injuries.

Police say speed appears to have been a factor in the accident.
