The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department says two people were arrested for possession of heroin with the intent to deliver after a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.
According to a news release, a vehicle was stopped for a registration violation on Highway 10 near County Highway A around 2 a.m.
Deputies say inside the vehicle they found 11 grams of heroin, which the department said is enough for 110 doses for a user. They say the heroin had a street value of $4,500.
The department said Forest Molski, 19, of Wisconsin Rapids and Rodney R. King, 38, are both expected to be charged. A third man, a 24-year-old from Wisconsin Rapids was also in the vehicle, however he has not yet been charged.
