HUDSON, Wis. (AP) -- Two Minneapolis men have been charged in a shooting outside a liquor store in Hudson.
One of the three people shot in the parking lot of Spirit Seller Liquor Sunday remains hospitalized in critical condition. The two others have been released from the hospital.
Witnesses told police they saw people talking in the parking lot, then heard shots fired. Police say all those involved arrived at the liquor store in two vehicles registered in Minnesota, where liquor stores are closed on Sunday.
Twenty-two-year-old Guled Abdi and 26-year-old Ahmed Hirsi are charged with 15 counts each, including attempted first-degree intentional homicide. They are in the Hennepin County Jail in Minnesota awaiting extradition to Wisconsin. The men were arrested at a hotel near the Mall of America by Bloomington police later Sunday.
