This week marks the 21st anniversay of the cold case murder of 23-year-old Tanna Togstad and 35-year-old Tim Mumbrue.
While the Sheriff's Department has recently said they do have a person of interest, no charges have been filed.
Togstad and Mumbrue were last seen alive just before midnight on Friday night March 20, 1992 leaving LDs Bar in Clintonville. The two were found stabbed to death in Togstad's home north of Weyauwega.
Anyone with information about this case should contact the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department at 715-258-4466, or the Division of Criminal Investigation at 608-266-1671.
