One of the suspects in the shooting deaths of a Wisconsin Rapids woman and her friend is withdrawing his no contest plea, according to court records.
They say the attorney for John Tetting, Jr. has filed a motion to withdraw the plea, but a hearing has not been scheduled.
Tetting and the other suspect, David Turner, were arrested in October 2007.
Police in Juneau County say Tetting drove Turner to meet with Joshua Alderman of La Crosse in a remote area of Juneau County to discuss a drug distribution conspiracy in March 2007.
That spot is where Alderman and Tabatha Nealy of Wisconsin Rapids were found shot to death.
