Solar Home Tour
Your winter heating bill could go down this year, that is if you lived in a solar powered home.

The Midwest renewable energy association is holding an open house tour featuring solar and wind powered buildings in the central Wisconsin area today.
The houses ranged from buildings containing a few solar panels, to homes capable of producing enough power to actually sell electricity back to WPS.
Tom morel of Wausau owns one of the less elaborate models.
"This is my hobby, this is what I do for enjoyment, I work on solar, I study it, I monitor it, I check all the e-mails I can as far as looking for solar projects and solar ideas, says Morel."
Morel designed and built his own system, which he says saves him about eleven dollars a month off of his electric bill.
