The man accused of starting a huge fire in Adams County is apparently striking a deal with prosecutors.
It burned 3400 acres and destroyed dozens of houses back in May.
Thomas Barnhart of Racine is charged with a misdemeanor of setting a fire which becomes a forest fire.
He's due back to court in January, when he's expected to enter the plea and be sentenced.
