Weird Weather Frustrates Snowmobilers
Dave Marg is the Marathon County Snowmobiler Trail Supervisor, and he is still optimistic about the snowmobile season, but the trails aren't scheduled to open anytime this year.
Marg says the trails need eight to 10 inches of snow, and he doesn't see that happening before the new year.
At Granite Peak, it's a different story. Mother Nature can't stop skiers from heading down the hill.
The Ski Hill has been making snow for nearly a month and business has been good, but even skiers like real snow.
