Stevens Point Police Department has released the name of the man who apparently drown in the Wisconsin River, Monday evening in Stevens Point.
According to a news release, the body of a 19-year-old Jasper O'Keefe was pulled from the river around 5:30 p.m. just south of Bukolt Park.
The preliminary cause of death is consistent with drowning. Police say foul play is not suspected.
