There is one less question to be answered in the case of a missing Wausau mother.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office has confirmed that the skeletal remains found on the Menominee Indian Reservation are those of Deanna Zuleger Scantlin.
The man accused of kidnapping Deanna is 30-year-old Dale Robinson.
After sitting in jail for months, he broke his silence last Monday night and showed law enforcement where he says he placed her body. The location is just across the Langlade County border in woods on the Menominee Indian Reservation.
We were told evidence collected at the scene along with Deanna's dental records allowed a forensic scientist to make the positive identification.
Experts at the State Crime Lab are still trying to determine exactly how Deanna died with further forensic testing.
