150 Jobs Could Come to Downtown Stevens Point

One hundred and fifty jobs could be coming to downtown Stevens Point thanks to a new tenant moving into the former Dunham's Sporting goods store.

Great Lakes Educational Loan Service handles more than $150 million in student loans. It will receive more than $500,000 from the city of Stevens Point to help improve to property.

Stevens Point beat out a number of other cities that were competing for a Great Lakes branch.

The company will sign a 10 year lease.
