With about 50 veteran hunters in the audience, Bill Hesselgrave deboned a small deer in just a few minutes.

While the example of quick work impressed the crowd, the feat is all the more impressive because of the threat of Chronic Wasting Disease.

CWD is contained in prions that collect in lymph nodes and the spinal cord. So experts recommend hunters get rid of all the fat on a deer and not cut through the bones.

For many hunters to accomplish that, they needed a demonstration from Hesselgrave.
