Wausau Police say these two gangs are virtually the same.
They are both local cells of statewide Asian gangs, but Police feel most of the kids are not violent.
Chief Bill Brandimore says most of the kids think its cool to be in a gang, but there are only a few that would shoot at someone else.
Chief Brandimore also says members of the community need to become more involved with youth and encourage them to avoid gangs.
