Forbes magazine says two Wisconsin companies are among the best small firms in the country.
Renaissance Learning and OshKosh B'Gosh are on Forbes yearly list of top 200 small companies.
Renaissance Learning is based in Wisconsin Rapids. It's ranked 37th in the country. It's the second straight year the reading, math and writing program developer made the list.
OshKosh B'Gosh is at 97. It's the first time the Oshkosh clothing manufacturer is listed.
To develop the list, Forbes analyzed the profitability and growth of U.S. public companies with less than $600 million in sales.
