How much you pay at the gas pump is climbing and it is not just one or two cents.

According to Riiser Oil, the price of a gallon of regular unleaded gas has jumped about 15 cents in the past two weeks in the Wausau area. That puts the average price at $1.62.

Experts say two factors are to blame. First, the uncertainly of what may happen with Iraq, and also the tropical weather along the Gulf Coast.

"There were two to three refineries that were shut down for about five days. When you take five days of production out of the system that feed the Midwest that's what is causing our problems," said David Frankhard with Riiser Oil.
