Some of Wausau's founding fathers rose from their graves and told their stories Sunday.
The Marathon County Historical Society hosted Voices from the Past, an outdoor history lesson.
Local actors played the roles of famous people in Wausau's 19th Century history. They stood in costume by the graves of their namesake and told their life stories to wandering groups of history buffs.
Eight different people were featured.
