About 40 law enforcement officials are helping reconstruct the deadliest crash in state history.

The Wisconsin State Patrol and the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department officers are matching witness and driver interviews.

They're also collecting data from each vehicle. Some newer cars have a module that provides information on what the vehicle was doing immediately preceding a crash.

Investigators will also measure damage on vehicles and determine their speeds and positions at crash time.

Ten people died and at least 38 were injured when 45 vehicles crashed on a foggy stretch of Interstate 43 near Cedar Grove.
