Kronenwetter native Leann Slaby made the final cut for this season's "Survivor: Vanuatu", and Thursday night local friends and acquaintances will see her compete on the nationally broadcast reality show.
CBS isn't revealing how far Slaby will get as she competes to be the remaining "Survivor" contestant.
The 35-year-old research assistant now lives in Milwaukee. Slaby graduated from DC Everest High School and donated a kidney to her father six years ago. Her friends are watching the premiere show of the season together at 7:00 right here on Newschannel 7.
