The former Marshfield Clinic doctor accused of inappropriately touching some his patients makes an initial court appearance in Wood County.
He's charged with five counts of second degree sexual assault with an intoxicated victim.
Prosecutors say Lang admitted to touching at some of his patients improperly between 2005 and 2007 while they were under sedation.
And the district attorney says more victims could be out there.
"Certainly, if there is anybody else out there, the time was so that additional victims could come forward if there are and certainly it's never too late to come forward should they chose to do so," says Wood County District Attorney John Henkelmann.
If you are a victim, you are asked to call your local police department.
A judge also waived the time limits on Lang's preliminary hearing in court.
A date for that hearing will be set in the future.
Lang resigned from Marshfield Clinic and his medical license is suspended.
